We had the most incredible stay at this Oxnard beach house! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the stunning views of the ocean and the pristine surroundings. The weather was perfect, and the neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. The house itself was immaculate – every corner was clean and well-maintained. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the hosts had thought of everything, providing us with all the beach supplies we could possibly need for a fun-filled day by the ocean. One of the highlights of our trip was enjoying a beach picnic right outside the house, soaking in the sun and listening to the waves crash against the shore. Additionally, the nearby farmers market was a delightful experience, offering fresh produce and local goodies. Overall, our stay exceeded all expectations, and we can't wait to return. This was the first time renting an Airbnb and I have to say it was above and beyond what I could have ever expected. The house was beautiful and well kept. Located across the street from the walkway to the beach couldn't have been better having all the grandkids with me. Quiet at night and just a great place to go to. I will most likely take the grandkids again.

Wonderful beach house for a big group, clean, lots of bathrooms, great location, large kitchen/living room for hanging out plus 2 other living areas and roof! Beach is steps away and a very nice local coffee shop is a 3 min walk. Great jumping off point to Santa Barbara and Solvang. House is stocked with all the basic necessities. The management for this property is very responsive and quickly took care of any concerns and questions. Definitely come back again, Oxnard is very underrated, we prefer it to other more well known but crowded places.

The home was beautiful and well kept. There were a few issues but the owner took care of them right away. He was very responsive and took great care of my family. The kitchen is huge and was perfect for cooking our meals. The house is basically right on the beach so we could go back and forth easily. It's not in a super busy area so it was quiet at night. The rooftop view was beautiful and peaceful. You can see the sunset on the ocean without having to leave the house. It had all the beach toys we needed as well. Everything was great!
