Great stay, easy to find, spotless and comfortable, super location and very peaceful. Our stay exceeded our expectations and a lovely view as well. I would recommend this lovely house.

Nichola’s house is on the outskirts of the beautiful village of Ampleforth but nothing is more than a few hundred yards away, from shop to pub to cafe; a playground for kids and long walks from your doorstep. The house was immaculately prepared with everything you could ask for to make it a home from home. There is plenty of room for the 6 of us and dogs. The adults could comfortably relax and the kids had plenty to play with to keep them occupied. The location is ideal for many of the surrounding attractions, such as Flamingo Land, plenty of historic sites and the wonderful nature. It was all made so much better by Nichola who helped us every step of the way. She responded very quickly to all of our questions and gave us excellent tips on how to make the most of our trip. She was brilliant throughout the whole time, from booking to locking the door. Thanks Nic!

Perfect house for our stay. Clean, comfortable and warm. Thoughtfully kitted out down to dog bowls and towels. Our host was very helpful. Would definitely recommend
