Located in the quiet heart of Narragansett Pier, this luxury home is perfect for a weekly rental, college visit, wedding, or short getaway. Completely remodeled in 2023, the property boasts high end finishes throughout, a chef’s kitchen with Thermador appliances, and all the extra amenities to make your stay comfortable. Outside, an enclosed outdoor shower, Weber grill, and an outdoor dining area await you after a day in the sun and surf. The house is 1665 sq. feet with an open concept first floor making great use of the space. The first floor has a bedroom with a king bed, closet, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity. The second floor consists of the master suite with king bed, closet, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and additional bedroom with two twin beds, closet, and ensuite bathroom. Although the house is primarily set up for 6 guests, there is a full size memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room if you’d like to sleep 8. At the top of the stairs, you’ll find a small porch with a bistro table and chairs, perfect for morning coffee. Our family stayed at Marc and Sarah’s home for our son’s URI graduation weekend and enjoyed it very much. The house was just recently renovated and is beautiful, immaculate and very comfortable. The location is great - coffee, breakfast and other restaurants are a quick walk, as is the ocean. We loved walking along the water and through adjacent neighborhoods with lots of pretty houses. It’s about 20 minutes to URI. We had fantastic dinners at Trattoria Romana in Wakefield and Spain of Narraganset just a few miles from the house. We also love the Matunuck Oyster Bar. Our hosts were wonderful and very responsive. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend this home for a visit to Narragansett!
This place is even better than the pictures and an awesome location! Walkable to local resultants and the beach. The house was clean and beautifully designed. Would love to rent this house again - definitely recommend!!

Closest experience we have come to a hotel with an Airbnb. Every little detail has been thought of, and beautifully executed. The layout was perfect for our family, and everyone had their own en suite! Beds and pillows were very comfortable! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Worth every penny to stay here and be this close to town beach!
This is a beautiful house, extremely tidy, elegant and located in a sweet, walkable part of town. It’s definitely all brand new and we ran into some issues but found our hosts very responsive and available. The more lived in this place is the better it will feel!
