Best Mountain Biking vacation we've had. Surroundings were great. This home checked all the boxes for us and we use Airbnb and VRBO a lot: perfectly clean, we’ll provisioned for a group/family, everything worked, comfortable beds, and safe storage for bikes. Very mountain biker friendly with Back 40 trail literally out the back door. We even found some great tech features to play with. We are already planning to book this location again. Thanks again

It was great to stay at Staci's place! It was beautiful inside and out, even better than the pictures. The woods in the back was a wonderful backdrop for a weekend away. Thanks for a peaceful retreat!

This is a great space to stay in Bella Vista. It is close to parks and hiking areas. Having trail access was a great feature. The house was super clean and the beds were FANTASTIC. The downstairs space was great , complete with bike rack and storage space.

Such a wonderful stay in your cozy home! great grandma & grandpa, 2 daughters and 2 grandchildren had a GREAT time! Great grandma and eldest daughter went zip lining at buffalo River Canopy Tour! It was on my 'bucket list' and I did it! Our grandson loved the fire pit and making Smores in the back yard at night! Everything we needed was provided, clean and orderly! We would come back in a heartbeat! Thank you SO much! Jim, Cindy, Jobyna, Brittany, Alexis & Jayce!
