Beautiful place to rest after a day of winetasting and touring in and around Crozet. The cottage was impeccable with fresh orange juice and cream for morning.

Great place to stay. Surroundings are peaceful. Very tranquil. Close to University of Virginia. Close to wineries and Breweries. Cathy, our host, was very friendly.

Beware, the host likes to be there when you check in and it made planning a little tricky. It got confusing trying to plan our vacation around when she could be home. We didn’t learn until close to the check in day the door would be unlocked for us. Overall, the place is great just know you share a driveway and while the house itself is private, it’s very close to the house. There’s a lot a very small TV and the shower got way too hot. We also asked to cancel due to the smoke and some of my health concerns and the host was not willing to agree on a refund.

Cathy’s guesthouse was absolutely perfect! It’s tucked away in the hills but also a quick and easy drive from everything - downtown Charlottesville, wineries, restaurants, etc. The place itself was pristine and had everything we needed for a weekend away. Cathy was very responsive and her daughter gave us great recommendations for places to visit nearby. I would highly recommend staying here!
