Welcome to Cocoplum, our gorgeous, luxurious and fully renovated tropical paradise pool and riverfront home in the heart of Cocoa Beach. The home is located on the Banana River and 3 blocks from the beach. Enjoy time with your family in the pool, watching the manatees and dolphins, kayaking or paddle boarding from the spacious waterfront deck creating your \ own secluded oasis. This home places you within walking distance of the Beach, restaurants, bars and the world famous Ron Jon’s Surf Shop. This home features an open plan with amazing designer features, from the custom built in TV’s with surround sound to a spacious and beautiful butcher block gourmet kitchen equipped with new appliances. The open floor plan brings the dining, living and the entertainment rooms together, creating a seamlessly integrated space ideal for entertaining and engaging in conversation to create lasting memories on your getaway. This home is perfect for a family or group of friends of up to 10 people, but is also an amazing choice for a couple looking for a relaxing and romantic getaway. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, a spacious closet, and a master bathroom suite. Bedroom two has a king sized bed with another spacious closet. Bedroom three is setup as a kid retreat, with a double sized bunk bed with a twin trundle complete with a play area. The property is located on a quiet street with an oversized lot filled with mature, tropical landscaping and ample parking for 4 cars. The backyard is a taste of tropical Florida, designed to reflect the beauty of our state’s natural environment. The very large, remodeled pool is the true centerpiece of the backyard filled with tropical flowering trees and palms. The backyard is fully fenced, separating the dock and deck from the yard, providing your own slice of Florida’s outdoors. As you open the gate to the riverfront, you immediately flow into a quaint, flowing grotto with seating area where you can nature watch, enjoy your morning coffee, or even cast a fishing rod. The deck has a lift for the owner’s boat, but it also has a full slip that can accommodate up to a 26 foot boat if you want to bring your own and is also perfect for launching your own kayaks, paddle boards, or other water toys. If you do not have your own toys, there are several services that will be happy to deliver them to you. Additionally, the pool can be heated upon request for an additional $25 a day. We are experienced hosts with a 4.8 star review rating on our old property. We look forward to hosting you, your friends and your family at Cocoplum.

We loved staying at Tami and Mike's place. The house looks better than the pictures, modern and stylish yet relaxed and homely. It is well suited for couples, groups of friends and families. Tami and Mike have thought of everything: the kitchen is properly stocked with cooking basics and utensils so you only need to buy the food you want to cook, there's a good working area and fast internet for those who need to work, comfy beds and they have a fussball table and SpaceCoast-opoly for when you had enough of the pool... if that is possible. The pool area is great, like being in your own little oasis, and exposed to the sun all day long. There are also some seats in the pontoon area if you want to relax by the canal and look out for dolphins. Within 15 minute walk you have the beach, cafes and diners, and plenty more within a 10 minute drive. Tami and Mike were also super helpful during our stay, and even let us know about rocket launches that we could watch from the front.
Our stay was just as we expected. Great location, within walking distance to the beach, local stores, and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again when in the Cocoa Beach area. Thank you!!
We had an incredible 5 night stay at Coco Plum. The pictures do not even do justice to this breathtakingly beautiful home. Our hosts thought of everything to make this a special stay and make us feel welcomed. The backyard felt like a private tropical resort, and there is nothing better than sitting by the pool and looking at the river just beyond. We saw dolphins nearly every day swimming by!
Words hardly describe "Cocplum" this home is beautifully furnished, with a spacious backyard and has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation in the Warmth + Sun. It is located on a quiet street, within walking distance of a lively town. We booked this place cuz it was close(walking distance) to the ocean, but our family spent more time in the heated pool. Mike & Tami are superb hosts and their home is so spacious and welcoming for ANY family. The town has all the amenities you could want to enjoy a relaxing vacation with something for everyone... We will definitely book this home again if we go to this area in Florida
Tami & Michael's house was stunning. We came with our children and enjoyed kayaking in the canal, swimming in the pool, and enjoying the house. There were plenty of amenities, from toys for little ones to plenty of supplies for cooking. The area was also extremely walkable, with coffee, ice cream, meals, and other shops nearby. The house was stunningly clean.

The property is located a 5 minute walk from Star Bucks, a 10 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. There are many locations to rent Kayaks, Paddle-boards and Bikes. You will truly have a private and secluded OASIS as across the canal there is a natural barrier with no houses.
