We chose this location because it was the most affordable option in the part of the city we were looking for. With that said, there’s a reason it’s the most affordable: make sure you read the entire description about being in a basement, underneath a family with kids and dogs. I suggest bringing a sound machine because you will hear them walking and barking at night. The location is great, though parking is not always the best- sometimes we had to park several blocks away (and then most of the day is only 2 hour parking). So if you’re needing a rental car, I would suggest opting for their Tesla (if it includes a private parking space)! The place was super easy to access. It was clean, but also your typical old building San Francisco feel (aka, not new). Our kids slept in the bedroom with 2 beds. My husband and I were in the other. Great option for anyone on a budget!

Great location, walking distance to many places. Great food options nearby and felt safe in the heart of SF! One thing to note is that the house is a basement apartment.

This place is great! It's a basement apartment, but it had everything my team (of 3) and I needed to be comfy while we were here for GDC. The apartment is on a incline like most of the city which means you have a great view of the water, fairgrounds (due to the Ferris wheel), and even Alakatraz! There are buses and cable cars that are within walking distance, along with grocery stores, restaurants, and bakeries. If you rather cook, you have everything you need to do so, along with a roomy fridge with a freezer. As for the hosts, they were very responsive and replied in less than an hour, proving they were happy to have us and wanted us to enjoy our stay which I appreciate. This is my second time using an AirBnB in San Fran, but this experience was way better than the first! It was worth the money, especially if you're here for a conference where hotels and hostels (yes the ones with multiple people per room and bathroom) cost way more a night!

This was a great place to stay to explore San Francisco! The location was convenient to lots of sights, the hosts were very responsive, and we really enjoyed the Tesla rental!

Nos gusto mucho la ubicación llegábamos rápido a todas partes, la atención fue muy buena y la respuesta rápida si teníamos alguna duda. El hospedaje cuenta con una freidora de aire que nos alegro un poco mas nuestro hospedaje.
