We had a nice and cozy stay at Phoebe's place. There's wifi & smart tv in case we just want to chill and not go outside. Good shepherd is walking distance but you have to endure steep walks (which was fine with us). We hoped there's a hanging rack & bidet in the cr. Also, It's a bit loud on the right side room as it's near the neighbour's window as well. (We were tired so we fell asleep anyway.) Overall, we had a good stay and would consider coming back to this transient next time we visit Baguio.

We had a good stay here. The unit is clean, quiet and spacious. And the host provided us with everything we need. The area is great and it kinda feels like home. Tourist spots like Good Shepherd and Mines View Park are within walking distance. Would come back again.

The place is exactly the same as the pictures posted. We felt at home as soon as we stepped in the unit. I like the place. True enough that it is Very close to some tourist spots. Pheobe is also very responsive which I really appreciated. Recommended the place to my friends already.

Phoebe is very attentive and kind to us. Our requests were all provided, even if it is not listed on the list of ammenities. Place is near Wright Park and Minesview, perfect for runners like me You can also cook mini meals at the kitchen, chair and beds are very comfy (i get uninterrupted sleep!) There is a sari-sari store on the same compound of the place, perfect for essentials just in case you forgot something Dedicated parking space is also nice For improvement: - There are still gaps/ openings where mosquitoes enter at night - Internet is sometimes not reliable for remote workers - No bidet 😅 Overall, worth the price you paid for as it is one of the cheapest there out there so manage your expectations.
