IN THE HEART OF AMES! This home will have everything you want and need. Only .2 miles away from Iowa State campus and a quick 8 minute walk to see a game at Jack Trice or Hilton Coliseum! In the house, you will find a full living room, dining room, state of the art kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms, and main floor laundry. The outside features a jacuzzi, patio seating, grill, fire pit and large yard! Great space for families, friend groups, wedding parties, reunions, and more! Queen room on the main level. King, queen, full/double, and trundle bed (two twin beds) upstairs. The mattresses are comfortable and so is the bedding!! We know how important that is. One bathroom on the main level and one upstairs.

Great house in a great location right across from the University. The kitchen was well-stocked and the beds were comfortable. Recommended for families or groups!
Sweet Caroline's Getaway was the perfect location for our trip to Ames! Very close to ISU campus, great amenities, beautifully decorated, and affordable. Krista was a great communicator and provided clear instructions for our stay. Would 10/10 recommend and stay here again!
A wonderful place to stay in Ames! Quiet spot near the stadium with a quick walk or drive to all the best spots in a lovely college town.
We had such a fabulous weekend at this lovely Airbnb! We found it super cozy and lovingly decorated, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We made a lunch for our ISU kiddo and roommates and we all easily fit at the dining table. The hot tub was wonderful also. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

I've lived in Ames, Ia for the past 22 years. My children go to the Ames schools and I love to support local businesses. My husband attended Iowa State University and also loves all things Ames. We do venture to Des Moines once in a while but we find there's plenty to do around town. Please don't hesitate to ask questions about the house or Ames. Our goal is to be as hospitable as possible and for you to thoroughly enjoy your stay!
