This place is huge! All beds are double beds, which was a little bit uncomfortable for us but it is clearly listed in the description of the property so we knew before booking. The house has definitely been well loved by its guests and shows a bit of wear and tear in the walls, furniture, carpet etc. but was found clean at check-in. My biggest turn off was how we killed so many ants while staying here and even left with ant bites. Large ants on the carpet, walls, floors, and likely in the beds based off the bites we left with. The location of the house is great and the size is a bonus. It worked well for our family gathering but not sure I would book again based off the price and the condition of the house and the ant problem.

Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Lots of space. We didn’t cook so really can’t comment on those amenities. The backyard fire pit was amazing. Parts of the home were a little worn but overall it fit our needs well.

Nice home and location with outside deck and fire pit. Home was equipped with everything needed. Quiet and friendly neighborhoods and five blocks from Iowa State University.
