Maria was extremely informative before I booked to help ensure I was nearby the venue of the wedding I was in town for. The check-in process, where to park and how to get into the unit was thoroughly described and helpful. The rental is tucked behind the main house, which is located off an extremely busy boulevard. Being dog friendly, there is a small rock area near the entrance of the rental & in front of the main house, but the back area we had access to is not fully fenced. That being said, there is a nice quiet neighborhood behind the unit for good grassy dog walks. Maria's place was clean, lovely and had everything I needed. I did run out of hot water during my first shower. After inquiring about it, I was informed that there is a shared water heater and 10-15 minutes of warm water is the maximum. Thanks for a great stay, Maria.

Marias place was nice and clean, cute little spot to spend the weekend and visit family in the area. Only one thing to be aware of is the bed is not Queen but Full size bed. besides that the place was great, clean and safe. close to everything.
