Karen was a lovely host with a beautiful place! It was so modern and chic, and the views and location are outstanding. Within miles are several breweries, wineries and places to eat. The house is quiet and off the road, with lots of privacy and space to relax. It was such a hidden gem that we're so glad we found!

Not our first trip to FLX, but our first stay here! We loved it. Spacious & clean, this place was peaceful and cozy. Local to many of our favorite wineries. Highly recommend!

We have stayed with Karen before and we are never disappointed. Karen is an amazing soul and we enjoyed visiting with her. She is always accommodating and has a plethora of suggestions. The apartment is beautiful! Pristine, tons of room, very comfortable bed and a spectacular view. We can’t wait for our next stay.

We just got home from a long weekend stay at the Seneca place. The pictures do not do the place justice as it is a much larger space than the pictures represent. The home has newer finishings and kind of looks like an IKEA showroom. Our stay was great and we would definitely stay again. Next time we come we will try the restaurant adjacent from the home. Overall, a great place to stay to enjoy the local wineries and brew pubs.
