Daniel was a great host. Very responsive and accommodating. The location was a fantastic intro to Tulum with a bunch of options that were walkable. The apartment itself was clean, gorgeous, and super comfortable. The place had great amenities - the pools were nice and the cenote was pretty sick. Overall, had a great experience. Once again, shoutout to Daniel - he was amazing.

Everything about Daniel’s place was amazing. It was even better than the photos. The front desk is very helpful with recommendations, getting taxis, etc. Only con was that we were only given two bath towels and two pool towels for our stay, and there’s no washer/dryer. The market across the street is very convenient. Tulum in general - for cenotes bring water shoes, negotiate taxis, skip the popular beach clubs at night and go downtown for a better party experience!

Daniel was a great host. His property was excellent, modern, with modern amenities. A resort feel without the resort price. Property had a great workout facility, several rooftop areas with beautiful views, as well as its own cenote’. The property also had a store front area which include a restaurant, bar, shoe store, clothing store, cigar shop, and Haagen-Daz. Centrally located between Tulum City and the hotel zone, just a short scooter or bike ride from both. I highly recommend this property as well as Daniel the host.
