This house was rented for all my family to come to Raleigh for my sons college graduation on Mothers Day wknd. It was extremely dirty. Hair all over the bed. Feces stain on another bed. A child’s tshirt left under another bed. Old tissue under the couch. It wasn’t a huge deal that there is absolutely no cookwear but there was minimal toilet paper and paper towel and no garbage bag. This was a reservation for 6 adults and 1 toddler for 4 days with 2.5 bathrooms I only got 2 rolls and 1 half roll of toilet paper. The ceiling fan in one bedroom was very shaky and unsafe to have on. I did contact Evolve and they did not respond. So I contacted AirBnb and they were very responsive and resolved the issue. I chose to reach out to them after the weekend because I didn’t want it to ruin our stay for so many people and they just didn’t even want to remediate the situation at all. I only requested the cleaning fee back because it clearly was not cleaned.
This was a great stay for my friends and I. We had more than enough space to accommodate our stay!

Served our needs very well. Rented the house so our family could visit and didn’t have to travel with a new baby. It’s in a good neighborhood and was a convenient location for us. There are restaurants nearby and a Food Lion grocery within 2 miles. Bedrooms were spacious, and beds were comfortable. Recliner in the larger bedroom was great for napping with the baby. Kitchen was fine for warming up the meals we had already cooked and brought with us. There’s not enough cookware, like microwavable bowls /measuring cups, to prepare meals from scratch. Plenty of dinnerware, and seating at dining table and breakfast nook. Being accustomed to a drip style coffee maker, we didn’t use the provided expresso machine. Old stuff in garage limited space to 1 car, but there was on street parking for our 4th vehicle. Fence near a steep ravine was damaged making it unsafe for small kids to play out back. Overall, we are very pleased with the house and would definitely stay there again.
