If I could give more than a 5-star review, I would. Hands down, one of the best AIRBNB’s I’ve had the pleasure of renting. Not only was Neil’s place great but he was also an excellent host!! This house was extremely well organized and stocked with everything you could possibly need and/or want, in order to have an excellent stay. The huge windows allow for great views. There was plenty of parking in front, with posted signage. If you are staying in the area and this place is available, you should definitely book it. You will not be sorry!!!

Highly recommend Neal’s place. The kitchen is very well equipped and a dream to cook in with a large island. Nice ocean view from the wall of windows which spans the length of the living room & kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. The area is very quiet and safe. The entire house was very clean. Neal was very responsive to any questions we had. Everything was top notch. Look forward to staying here again.

Quiet neighborhood in Sandy Point on Lummi Bay. Next to Sandy Point 9-hole golf course and short drive to Sandy Point marina where you'll find walking trails with ocean views. Easy drive to Ferndale, Bellingham, and Birch Bay. You're 30 minutes from the Canadian border and 4 minutes from Silver Reef Casino, Spa and Steak House. Make sure you're camera is handy as there is no shortage of beautiful sunrises and sunsets to capture and share.

Using Lyft or Uber is an easy way to get around once you’re in the city.
If you need to book a flight, Bellingham International Airport is only 10 mins away.

Hovander Homestead Riverside Park features a historic house & wood barn, farm animals & antique harvest equipment, which is 8.9 miles from the home and fun for the kids.
Point Whitehorn Park - Excellent walking trail down to the beach with some great views along the way. It is a good place to see local wildlife as well as a true hidden sunset watch.
Birch Bay State Park - Set in a blue cove between Bellingham and Blaine, you can walk the rocky beach and get a great view of the North Cascades and Canadian Gulf Islands. Birch Bay has relatively warm water and the area is well suited for crabbing, windsurfing, swimming, sailing and paddling.
ROAD TRIPS: Deception Pass State Park: 4,134 acres of ancient forest with saltwater shores, freshwater lakes, and 38 miles of trail. Said to be one of the most beautiful place in Washington state.
Fort Casey State Park: Oceanfront Park with historic lighthouse & gun battery. You'll also find trails & a dive park. A great place to picnic and enjoy the beach.
Washington Park: 220-acre city park offers has a boat launch, day-use picnic sites & a scenic loop to make the most of your road trip.
