When the sun is out the views are absolutely breathtaking.
(Warning for people with limited mobility at the bottom) The house is a great size. Loads of comfy seating (way more than the max occupancy of 4…), and with the beach literally right there! The bathrooms are fine - the walk in shower is smaller, and the nozzle doesn’t move. The beds were springy but softer. The second room has a day bed with a trundle bed option. Fans are in cupboards - and with windows allowing the breeze in, the house stayed cool even during 90F days. Two things to be aware of. 1. Vacasa is a large organization, meaning you won’t get the same person responding to your questions. However they are accurate and prompt. 2. The beach is tiered and at high tide is narrow. From the yard to the beach is a BIG step, meaning not great for people with limited mobility. … but if that is not an issue - stay at this house!
The only bad thing I can say is. I was at a wedding and I couldn't stay longer! Great place just as advertised.

This was a wonderful, clean, and well laid out home, right on the beach. Quiet location, well stocked, nice community, a definite win-win. Thank you for a great stay!
