A rental car isn't necessary at Casa Paraíso - downtown San José del Cabo is a short & inexpensive Uber ride with numerous art galleries and top rated restaurants. The San José del Cabo Art Walk on Thursday evenings is a must! You can also walk to numerous restaurants along the beach from the Mira Vista condominium complex. Several grocery stores are also within a short Uber/taxi ride. While there is free on-site parking outside the main gate, parking is limited and first come-first served. Mira Vista is a quiet, boutique community that offers serenity and relaxation. This is a truly special place - a paraíso -to relax and unwind. This is not the right fit for those looking for a loud party atmosphere. We had so much of fun. The flat is great, you can see, that the owners leave in there too. The interior is so lovely, practical and the view awesome. We would come back anytime😎☀️.
Tim & Melissa provided a digital guide which was informative, and available off-line so that you have access to it even if you don’t have cell service. All of their instructions/insights are exceptional. These people are clever! The location is fantastic - a long beach with deep sand that could be challenging for someone with mobility issues, but we walked along it daily, watching surfers, whales, and waves. The view cannot be beat! Most everything you need is provided. We felt very at home quickly! Groceries, restaurants, and the art walk are a short, inexpensive Uber away. Of note: the area is not cheap. But it is worth the tourist premium. The condo is close to a busy main highway and you can hear traffic. In our case, we stopped caring about it very quickly. The complex has great neighbours (many ex-pat residents), a lovely groundsman, friendly security guard, & it’s clean and maintained. Happily, this is not a party palace, but rather a quaint, relaxing paradise. Enjoy!
Great condo in a quiet complex. We found this space to be a little slice of heaven. Hosts were wonderful and made the whole process easy to navigate.
Tim and Melissa’s beach front condo was fantastic. There is nothing quite like having your morning coffee and pastry while watching whales breach daily. This condo is well equipped, updated and clean. The grounds of Mira Vista are immaculate and lush with beautiful plants and flowers. We recommend booking Tim and Melissa’s condo.
Tim and Melissa's place was the perfect space to retreat for beauty and relaxation. From the gorgeous views to the comfortable king bed and pristine pool, everything was fantastic. Great communication from the hosts throughout, with recommendations for places to eat and things to do. The "fish lady" came on Friday and we purchased amazing fresh fish and prawns for very low prices. The lanai was a great place to hang out, mostly shaded except for brief morning sun, and plenty of whale watching while we were there (with great binoculars at the condo). We walked to restaurants along the beach. While there seemed to always be guest parking available while we were there, we decided not to rent a car and just used Uber. Super fast pick up (1 min, usually) and not expensive, plus we avoided having to drive, park, get gas, etc. Lots of condo owners were also staying here, making it a very friendly vibe. Highly recommended!

Mira Vista is a secluded beachfront community on one of the most spectacular coastlines in Los Cabos. Situated on Playa Costa Azul, you will see some of the best waves and surfers in all of Los Cabos. Our boutique community prides itself on being a quiet and relaxing beachfront paradise.
Mira Vista is a small development with just 39 condominiums. The units are privately owned and not time shares. The lush tropical grounds provide a peaceful tranquil vacation.
When not enjoying the pool or beach, Mira Vista is close to town, restaurants, bars, grocery shopping, surfing and more. Zippers Bar and Grill is a favorite local hangout just a short walk down the beach.
Renting a car is not necessary. Taxis and Ubers are readily available and inexpensive.
Mira Vista is located on the beach and many restaurants and bars are within walking distance - including the famous Zipper's Bar. Mira Vista is also minutes from downtown.
While there is free on-site parking outside the main gate, parking is limited and first come-first served.
