The BEST, the Good and the Not so Good. BEST- right on Dunn’s creek with your own dock and boat lift. Beautiful ride down a small canal to bigger water (felt like a Nicholas Spark movie). GOOD-hot shower, hardwoods through most of home, big kitchen window, nice screened in porch and outside areas, friendly neighbors NOT SO GOOD-very little detail to cleaning. Our welcome packet had danishes that were molded. We walked back to king bedroom and soon as you walk in, there is a huge soft spot under carpet and you feel like you are going to fall through the floor. Ceiling fan over bed was dirty. Had to clean some dishes before using, microwave door dirty, windows needed cleaning, glass doors on cabinets dirty. We did do cleaning ourselves and it got better.
