it was such a pleasure to spend a night at Theresa's wonderful period home. very comfortable bedroom with everything you need and bathroom very close by. walking distance to town centre and coast. but what made the stay such a pleasure was Theresa, a wonderful host who was welcoming and friendly and provided us with a fabulous breakfast. only stayed one night as walking through on SWCP but would have loved to stay longer. very good value for the standard of accommodation/breakfast.

Teresa was welcoming with a cup of tea offered in the dining room of her sitting room. The bedroom was cold but I found a blanket in a cupboard with which to wrap myself whilst watching TV. The heating was on in the morning so all was ok.

We had an absolutely delightful stay! Theresa, our gracious host, welcomed us warmly and went above and beyond to make our check-in seamless, easing our minds. Her charming dogs, Bruce and Oscar, were an added delight. The ambiance of the place was pure comfort, with its cosy and tastefully decorated interiors. Theresa's breakfast was a culinary delight, truly exceptional. Extremely clean, comfortable, and Theresa's hospitality shines through, making her Airbnb a hidden treasure. We're eagerly looking forward to our next visit!

Theresa his lovely host. She's very welcoming , so you feel realaxed. very knowledgeable about Teignmouth & gives helpful tips on places to go & see . Room was lovely, bright & comfortable. plenty of hot water when showering & breakfast was great. will be staying here again in the near future ! 👍
