This contemporary hilltop retreat is centrally located in the middle of the island between Kona and Hilo. Perfect for exploring both sides of the island. This spacious home offers 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and is a roomy 1368 sq. feet. The house sleeps 4 comfortably, and also offers 2 chaise lounges which can utilized as twin beds to sleep 6. It offers sweeping ocean views, a full kitchen and spacious bedrooms for maximum comfort. The driveway is very steep but is easily navigated in any vehicle. The property is surrounded by 4 beautifully landscaped acres, perfect for exploring. Each bedroom offers a queen bed, which comfortably sleeps 2. The living room also has 2 chaise lounges that can double as twin beds to accommodate 2 additional guests. The kitchen is fully equipped for fine dining or a quick meal on the go. Enjoy the sweeping ocean views from the back lanai or just kick back and watch the sun set. This home has everything you will need for the perfect vacation.

Great place for a Hawaiian getaway! Clean and comfy, and roomier than it looked from the pictures. Would definitely stay again!
Our family of six enjoyed our stay at Roberta’s place. She is a responsive and kind host. We were able to check in early and had no trouble finding the place. The driveway is very steep, using all wheel drive is better than 2 wheel drive. The beds were super comfortable! The kitchen is well stocked. There were condiments in the fridge. Plenty of household goods. The wi-fi worked well. While the home is not located in Captain Cook proper there’s lots of great sites within 30 min drive like Green and Black sand beach, the Southernmost point of the US and Paradise Meadows Farm. Great views from the deck! This place is an excellent value!
Wonderful house, we really enjoyed our stay there. We were just a bit confused with the name -captain cook is 50 minutes away.
Absolutely wonderful!
Lovely home! The hosts were very responsive & accommodating. They even provided a complimentary playpen! The only downside was we did not have any extra toilet paper & the paper towels were out. However, we appreciated the beach towels and extra blankets available!
