In the heart of the historical village of Torno, a few steps from the lake, the port and the main square, we welcome you in Casa Castello. In June 2023 Casa Castello has been renewed and completely refurbished with particular attention preserving its original historical charm and the beautiful ancient stone walls. The house is an ideal starting point to visit the beautiful lake Como and the surroundings with their amazing views. The entire house is at your disposal for an exclusive use ! Casa Castello can accommodate up to 4 guests and consists of: - At the entrance level of the house, an open kitchen with small dining area as well as a separated toilet. - On the first floor a cozy and comfortable open living space with television and desk. - On the second floor, a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. - On the third level, a double bedroom and bathroom. Both bedrooms have a beautiful view on lake Como and are equipped with hotel beds to ensure a superior quality of sleep. The kitchenette is well equipped with accessories, dishes, appliances: n’Espresso coffee machine, water kettle, dishwasher, large fridge, gas cooking plate and oven. Bedlinen and towels are provided for the entire duration of your stay. The house is equipped with wifi and television. Casa Castello has been designed to welcome you in a cozy and comfortable environment. The house is for non-smokers only and pets are not allowed.

Absolutely amazing stay. The house was so beautifully and stylishly appointed. It had everything we needed and was so comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean and the whole place smelled beautiful! The views from all the windows were incredible, just the most beautiful, comfortable place to stay. The only difficult thing we encountered was parking, if you can come by bus or boat do so. But I think this is temporary as the village car park was under construction. Our host was so responsive and helpful. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in your beautiful home.
Kommunikation war sehr gut, Unterkunft sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, Lage Mitten in der Altstadt von Torno, unsere 3 MTBs konnten wir auch problemlos verstauen

Super Lage mit einem phantastischem Blick auf den See. Das Apartment entspricht der Beschreibung und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Sara hat uns sofort gefunden und uns alles erklärt. Die Wohnung ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Gegend. Können die Wohnung nur empfehlen - gerne wieder!
Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Gastgeberin sehr freundlich obwohl wir uns wegen dem späten Check in nicht persönlich getroffen haben. Wir bekamen hilfreiche Anweisungen und schnelle Antworten. Das Auto konnten wir an einem der freien Parkplätze auf der Hauptstraße abstellen. Direkt in der Nähe, in der Bar Italia, morgens gerne Kaffee getrunken und gefrühstückt. Das Haus in Torno eignet sich gut um den See zu erkunden

Torno is an historical village with narrow cobblestones streets and a picturesque port. Very convenient for boat trips on Lake Como and wonderful walks on paths with breathtaking views.
Torno is situated 7 km from Como, 22 km from Bellagio and 50 km from Milan.
All villages on the lake (e.g. (Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio, Lenno, Tremezzo,…) can be easily reached by ferry or public boat, available about every half hour.
On the main road you will also find the bus stop to Como and Bellagio.
Torno is an excellent starting point for several hikes with amazing views. A highly recommended hiking is the one to Crotto Montepiatto where you have the possibility to lunch, a walk of approximately 1 hour. Visit their website to make a reservation (Crottomontepiatto).
A more challenging one is the route between Torno and Como over the top of the hills.
And to enjoy a lazy afternoon... In Faggeto Lario (distance : 4km) there is the Lido di Faggeto, a lake area equipped with sunbeds and a bar / restaurant. Visit their website to make a reservation.
