Come stay at our newly renovated gem on King St! Only 6 mins from the beautiful historic downtown Wilmington, there's no shortage of fun restaurants and experiences by the River Front. Whether you're in town on business (located only 2 miles from ILM International Airport), looking for a beach get away with the fam (a 15-30 min drive max from gorgeous beach fronts), or you're a NC local wanting to experience our state's history (home of the Battleship North Carolina), our home is open to all! Single floor home with half wrap porch and fully furnished back deck. 3 bedrooms with 3 beds that comfortably sleeps 6, with 2 full bathrooms. Gravel parking pad with space for 2 vehicles in the front and private fenced in backyard.

We came to town to go to Live Oak Pavilion, great location for what we needed. House was very clean and was exactly what it was advertised as. Francesco was easy to communicate with!

Nice newly renovated house. Beautiful landscaping in front. Primary bed was low to the ground, and beds were firmer than we prefer. Bedding was soft. We had one small blip upon arrival and host was quick to respond to remedy the situation. Even paid for our Domino’s order that night. All in all we liked the place and neighborhood. So close to the airport for my 5 AM flight home!
A lovely home! Host was very friendly and helpful with recommendations. Very clean and great location that was easy to Uber to/from. I would definitely stay at this home again
