The place was great and the host delightful! The place looked just like the pictures and was decorated beautifully as well as sparkling clean. Check in and out was super easy and the host responded almost immediately to all messages. We had 8 girls and were delighted in the space and didn’t feel cramped at all. In between the beach and downtown and a quiet safe neighborhood.

This is my 2nd stay with Gavin & Brecken They truly bring the “warm & fuzzy” back into this industry that so many have forgotten! This couple is by far the best hosts I have come across here on AIRBNB! There’s something about their place that makes me feel right at home! The vibe is positive and peaceful! Everything is always extra clean and with a fresh scent! Yes, I’m that person who smells the sheets and towels lol :) I especially like that they have LARGER than normal towels because I’m a big gal! I usually have to bring my own towels, but, I don’t bother when I’m visiting this home! I have to share that. I am also disabled and I have no problems maneuvering around this home.! I think Gavin‘s home will be a regular for me .

Had such an awesome experience here! It was extremely clean and it was super easy to feel comfortable and at home. Me and my friends absolutely loved our time. The hosts are VERY responsive and helpful! 10/10 recommend :) Would definitely LOVE to visit again!

Gavin & Brecken have a beautiful home. They are very responsive and accommodating. A few of us were actually unable to make the trip, but the other portion of our group had a great time. Hosts were very understanding of our situation and made any last minute changes a smooth transition. Home is close by to a lot of great places and I would recommend it to others!
