All the bedrooms and laundry are on the second level-of home. Heading down stairs is a big open space of dinning, kitchen and living room connected together. Outside in the back yard you have a fire pit with lawn chairs around it and a stainless grill with a cover to keep it clean for use . On the patio we have a nice seating area with a table and chairs connected with an umbrella to block the sun. There is a camera above to record video and audio of back yard for insurance purpose. Heading to the front porch there would be furniture for a couple to sit and enjoy the breeze. On the front porch there would be a doorbell camera to protect the property at all times it records and play audio.
