Free Shuttle Pickup at the Placencia Airport located 15 minutes from this property. This bungalow is located on the grounds of the Placencia Resort. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 3PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing a few days before check in for availability. SPACE: This is a large 1 bedroom bungalow that is 640 square feet. BEDROOM: Features a king size bed, desk, ample closet space, a safe and robes. BATHROOM: When it’s time to freshen up, the walk-in shower with large showerhead gives you the chance to do that in style. As with the other bathrooms, towels and toiletries are provided. LIVING/DINING: Open concept, where living and dining areas seamlessly merge into one open space. Features ample seating and a smart TV. KITCHEN: Charming kitchenette with a thoughtfully selected range of cookware and utensils neatly organized in the cabinets, you'll find yourself fully equipped to explore your culinary skills for a quick meal. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage. There is a mid stay cleaning fee as requested of $100 which you can book anytime you wish. On display are toiletries, linens, and towels to enhance your comfort. Water is safe to drink but a large bottle water dispenser is provided for your convenience. OBSERVATIONS: We enforce a no-smoking policy on our premises, and we humbly request consideration for our neighbors by maintaining a low noise level post 10pm. Violation of house rules or noise complaints may result in a cancellation and no refund. Parties + Gatherings: due to local community rules and guidelines set by the owner, parties and gatherings with guests in excess of the maximum guest count are prohibited at this property.
