You share a side wall with another unit, but no one is above you. Below you will be the common area and parking garage. Well located, beautiful and updated comfortable unit. This place is awesome and we would love to come back. We could easily walk to Old Town Scottsdale and had a great time.
The place was spacious, well located to many amenities, clean and secure. Appreciated the breakfast on Friday & Saturday! The host team was very proactive, courteous and provided clear information on access, with regular follow up reminders to keep thing running smoothly.

Great location with easy access to highways and very close to the popular Scottsdale spots. We played a few rounds of golf outside of Scottsdale and they were all an easy 20-30 min drive. Everything else of need (restaurants, pharmacy, Stabucks, bars) was within 5 min drive or 20 min walk from the place. Also free breakfast Friday and Saturday morning was great!

This unit is one of 15 in the building, and is located on the edge of Old Town Scottsdale. There are a lot of restaurants, shopping and night life within walking distance (or a quick shuttle ride).
The building is on the south side of Old Town Scottsdale. There are quite a few things within walking distance, or a very short car ride.
I also work closely with GolfTroop, a golf vacation company. They have awesome discounted rates at most of the area golf courses, as well as rental vehicles through Alamo, and even rental clubs. Just ask me for details, and I would be happy to have someone reach out!
