A newly fitted bathroom is located upstairs. Fully fitted kitchen. Open plan sitting & dining area with a wooden table,2 chairs & a bench There's a digital TV, a 3-seater sofa, an armchair & a stool. Although there is an attic in the property this isn't converted therefore this is not to be used. The Fuse box room under the staircase is also not to be used.
