Beautiful space, WITH PRIVATE JACUZZI! Downtown, 3 blocks away the mainsquare, totally new! PET FRIENDLY! 3 rooms with full bathroom each, one room in the first floor. Terrace with jacuzzi and nice view, fully equipped kitchen. Ideal to visit SMA with friends, family or romantic trips. Concierge personalized services. With parking for one car! Located in a private with 24 hrs of security! It is a 3 bedroom house, located 3 blocks from the garden, colorful, and with new and luxury finishes. The first room is on the second floor for people with mobility difficulties. It has a kangaroo bed, perfect for friends or families with children. It has its own bathroom, access to internal patio, windows and a small patio outside. The second bedroom on the second floor has a queen size bed, a sofa, walk-in closet and private bathroom. The third bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king size bed, with a nice balcony, walk-in closet and private bathroom. In the TV room we have a queen size bed, also suitable as sofa, perfect for large groups. Terrace with private Jacuzzi, beautiful panoramic views and incredible sunsets, views of fireworks on holidays. It has living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, tv room, internal courtyard with fountain, with a parking space on the premises, 24 hour security! WE ARE PETFRIENDLY!

This place is perfect. You cannot beat the location, it is even closer to the city center than almost every hotel in San Miguel. The place is incredibly spacious, we fit our party of 5 (4 guys and one girlfriend) in and with 4 beds it was not over crowded, in fact each space is practically a private room. The rooftop is spectacular, very spacious and a nice place to hang out in between activities. If you plan on cooking at the airbnb then you are also set. It is a full kitchen with plenty of space, every piece of equipment you'd need and a kitchen island. In short, if you're looking for a lovely, spacious airbnb in San Miguel, you'd have a tough time finding a better option.
This space was perfect for my mother, husband, son and I. Sophie and her team were so helpful and even helped us book a ride at 4:30am back to the airport. The home was stocked with water and all the tools needed for cooking. We had a great stay.
Very nice home, well located. Manager very responsive. Pricey but large house. Construction next door but we were out a lot. Recommend letting folks know ahead of time! Parking at front door but often cars are double parked. Better coordination with others needed in complex. Left some info with manager about minor issues that need to be addressed.

Walking, it is a very safe area as it is located down town, 3 blocks away from the mainsquare. We are very close to the mainsquare and also there are taxi services or platforms transportation
