Unit was as described and check-in process was easy. Beautiful design and decor throughout. Kitchen appeared clean but there were some areas that housekeeping overlooked, like.refrigerator shelves were soiled, blind was not completely attached, tv screen was smeared. The collection of random plastic bags, cleaning supplies and toiletries under the sink and in each bathroom was outrageous and made the place feel unorganized, not to mention small things on the closet shelves from renovations/repairs. Although all the beds appeared neat, upon further examination each bed was missing a flat sheet. Hostess never addressed this matter.. They were later found in the dryer along with a load of wet laundry. Front mat and porch were not clean and welcoming. Extra towels and toilet paper were left next to television instead of in bathrooms. The cleaning staff requires more oversight as the unit could've been more welcoming. Impactful details were missed.

We needed a place that could fit four people comfortably and Andrea’s place totally fit the bill! The bedrooms were large, comfortable and each had a bathroom. The living room and kitchen were bright and perfect for hanging out. Andrea answered what few questions we had quickly and helpfully. We will definitely keep this place on our list the next time the four of us need a place in New Orleans!
