driveway is gavel and a little rough. there also isn't a TV. we didn't mind any of these things but could be an issue for some. I will say it's very private with lots of yard to play. everything was above and beyond for our comfort. the kids said this is their favorite place to stay. thank you

We needed to be near Wichita but didn't want to stay in the city. DeAnne's place was perfect! Very peaceful with an enormous, well-kept yard. It would have been a tricky place to find but DeAnne gave very detailed instructions and we found it with no trouble. The house was clean, comfortable, and homey. My kids and I thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. We highly recommend it and would love to go back someday!

It was perfect for our needs. It’s unusual to not have a tv but with wifi it was no big deal. Much better than a hotel room!

my family absolutely loved staying here! the kids loved the big bunk beds and the big field behind the house to run around and play in. the house felt very private and quiet. will definitely be staying here again if we are back in the area!
