Located in the historic downtown of Boonsboro, this clean and comfortable townhouse offers a private apartment with a separate entrance for contact-free check-in. It is located within a short driving distance from gorgeous hiking trails, wineries, skiing, and fishing. The property is situated in the Quad State Area of MD/PA/WV/VA. This is an end-unit townhouse that comes with a private guest entrance at the rear patio. Parking is directly in front of the house on the end. You will follow the walking path to the rear patio. The patio is equipped with a grill, a dining table with chairs, and a firepit for your relaxation and enjoyment. The fully equipped kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, and a window that overlooks farmland. It also has a garbage disposal to keep the area clean. There is a desk/work area, a sitting area, and a full-sized piano with a bench. Moving on to the lower level, you will find a king-sized bed with clean and comfortable bedding, along with high-quality sheets. There is also a sitting area with a couch, an oversized leather chair, and a flat-screen TV with Roku for your entertainment. The lower level comes with a mini refrigerator and a bar area. The full bathroom is equipped with clean towels, hand towels, and washcloths, including special dark washcloths provided for makeup removal. A walk-in closet is located under the stairs for storage of your luggage and clothing. Wifi instructions are located on each level in a picture frame.

Very cozy, comfortable, and nicely furnished place to stay. Surroundings are peaceful and beautiful. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable getaway!
Great spot, I’d definitely stay again. Easy to find, parking was clear, path to private entry was easy to follow. Very clean!
Overall, we had a very good experience here. Key coded back entrance & luggage cart provided upon arrival. No contact needed, except when concerns came up during stay. Back entrance leads to full kitchen/dining area. Downstairs is the studio apartment/bathroom area. There is a door at the top of the stairs but not to the actual bedroom area itself. Not nearly as private or quiet as I hoped, but the price (extremely reasonable) and convenience (can walk to downtown on a nice day) made it worth it. To their credit the talking, etc stoped during their posted quiet hours (9pm-9am). Wifi was slow at night, but that could just be the rural area. Beautifully furnished, many amenities provided, kitchen had spices available, clear instructions posted, piano upstairs was a nice touch. I loved all the books dual purposed for decoration & reading. Certainly beats paying hundreds of dollars more for the inn downtown. Glad we found this location.
Nicely decorated and clean apartment that is in back of a townhouse. Not as rural as we had expected. Could hear neighbors talking and walking around. We did enjoy our stay. Was very close to family we were visiting.
Everything was as described. Nice location. Easy to find. Beautiful little town. Bedroom and bathroom were a little cluttered with decorative items as not a lot of counter space. Had to have Kate adjust the temp as was a bit warm but she did so quickly. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
