Paradise found! We invite folks from all races, faiths, genders, and sexual orientations to come experience our home’s vast bay views & bay beach steps away. This hidden gem will soothe your soul. Seated on a deep water lagoon that’s just feet from the open bay, there’s plenty of room to bring your water toys! You can also fish or crab right from the property’s dock. A new back deck overlooks the bay with ducks, swans, and gulls swimming by to say hello. Listen, breathe the salty air, & enjoy! As you enter the home, the front room is a bright and cheery spot to relax and watch the passerbys. This room seconds as a bedroom at night, with a sleeper sofa and futon chair/cot. A smart tv also hangs in this room. Next you will find a well-equipped kitchen (bay views included), with a stove, oven, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, blender, Cuisinart, pots, pans, lobster pot, cooking utensils, and even some cooking basics. The Dining Room also has a great view and has a large wooden table with 2 leaves and seating for 10. Brew and mix your coffee or tea at the complimentary coffee bar. Enjoy the vast Barnegat Bay and lagoon views from the Main Room, which is equipped with a 55 inch smart TV, a modular couch, a puzzle nook, a nonfunctional fireplace, and plenty of space for an air mattress or two (we provide one queen air mattress) for extra guests. There is a full bathroom and laundry room to finish off the downstairs. Head upstairs to find an additional 4 bedrooms and one full bathroom with a tub. The large main bedroom has a king size bed, 55 inch smart TV, and offers amazing water views with the sunrise each morning, with a large private deck to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a 42 inch smart TV, and also has an amazing view of the lagoon and bay. The third bedroom has a twin over double bunk bed with a twin trundle bed underneath. There is also a folding futon chair. This room sleeps 3-4 kids or 1-2 adults. Beach views from the top bunk are an added bonus! This bedroom is also equipped with a smart TV. The fourth room is a small bedroom with a twin bed, small dresser and window. An added spot for one additional guest. Upstairs sleeps 9 (5-7 adults) in beds. Our vacation home has been well lived-in and loved so please expect some quirks. Our windows don’t all open, and though the majority do, they need extra care when operating. The tiles in our downstairs have cracks as superstorm Sandy came up to our floor. All the beds and bedding were purchased in 2022-2023 and we think they are very comfortable.
