ok...what you see is what you get! or what you Pay for is what you get. fay is available at all times just a phone call away, however I didn't feel safe in the lane nothing happened but just my vibes. the bathroom sink leak the whole time. she tried to help but just kept on leaking. if your looking for quite cheap spot this is it. however I wouldn't stay here again.

This home is just as advertised. Well sanitized and clean, cool and quiet with no bugs or insects in the rooms. Fay is always ready to help and provide any little thing you need for your stay. Very pleasant and easy-going.

Fay is easily one of the best hosts I've had. She's incredibly hospitable, nice, very responsive and helpful with any advice needed. As for the place, it's just as advertised. A walking distance from Rick's Cafe, a major attraction in Negril. Also within walking distance is one of my favorite Jerk chicken restaurants - Kool Vybes Bar & Jerk Centre, and a supermarket that sells essentials. All in all the location is incredible, but the host is even better. I'd definitely consider staying here again if I visit Negril again.
