This place is absolutely lovely. We wish we could have stayed here longer. The private cenote was so unique, the pool was beautiful, and the restaurant at the hotel was also great! Overall loved this place and will certainly come back on our next trip to Tulum.

We loved our stay here and wish we could have stayed longer. The property is gorgeous and the apartment is exactly as described. I recommend a car or bike for this location to easily go into the Centro or Playa- both are about equidistant from this spot, which is what we wanted. We would come again!

This was the perfect romantic getaway for two! The studio was plenty big enough with the outdoor sun deck and plunge pool space! The place was beautiful, lush with plants, mostly quiet and when we saw or heard people we didn’t mind at all, always friendly. We heard some construction but barely. We were not bothered at all. The room had everything we needed and the grocery stores were a quick 5-10 minute drive. We did a bigger grocery shop on day one and then there is small convenience stores closer if we needed something. Most days we made breakfast on the room, ate lunch out or by the pool at the restaurant on site, and found restaurants to go to dinner every night. We rented a car which proved to be perfect for us since the roads are not really walkable yet in Tulum, lots of construction happening but we did not mind. Overall Tulum was incredible, Mauricio and friends were great hosts and we would absolutely come back. Thank you!

Alles absolut top gepflegt, sehr freundlicher und schneller Kontakt mit Mauricio. Die Wohnanlage ist super schön. Kleines Manko war die Baustelle auf dem Gelände aber zum Glück auf der anderen Seite der Anlage. Alles in allem kann ich die Unterkunft aber absolut empfehlen und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen.
