It is hard to describe just how perfect this place is. If you are looking for a disconnected, relaxing, picturesque stay in the Shenandoah Valley, this is your place. Theresa was fantastic…very responsive. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

The cabin was so charming . We woke up to birdsong and cows in the pasture next door and fell asleep to the peaceful silence of the mountains. We will absolutely be back!!

This cabin was in a perfect location to stay the night before and the night of our hike up Old Rag Mountain.The upstairs bed was comfortable and we really liked the privacy of the place. We had a few issues with the place though. There were 3 of us but there were only 2 bath towels for the two nights. We did not have cell service there and there was no Wifi connection. So we drove out towards Sperryville until we got cellular connection and tried calling the contact phone number. The recording said the phone number is not in service. So I emailed Teresa asking for another towel. We did not hear back from her until after we had already checked out. She said I needed to have reached out using FB messenger not by email. Another issue is there was no cold water out of the upstairs bathroom sink faucet. The hot water faucet worked and there was cold water out of the shower faucet in the same bathroom. My friend who slept on the pull out bed downstairs heard some noise in the
