For 3 of us the apartment worked well. The sofa bed was comfortable to sleep but not to sit on. The main bedroom bed was comfortable. If you are sensitive to light there is a motion activated nest unit in the bedroom ceiling that lit up the room every time I turned in the bed. Personally that was annoying and I would have liked an option to deactivate it. The bathroom shower had nice water pressure and an abundance of hot water for the 3 of us to shower. Kitchen is nice and well equipped. There is some noise from upstairs as expected. The flat is about a 15-20 minute walk to the metro, which is easy to navigate. My only issue would be the lack of a welcome book or any maps to the metro, the area we were staying, and local restaurant menus. There was a link to "Ava" a bot who didn't quite understand my questions, and the mapping aspect of the app didn't work for me. That was a little frustrating if you are 'old school" like me but we acclimated ourselves and had a great visit!

We enjoyed our stay while visiting DC! The place was clean, plenty of extra blankets, multiple locked doors so it felt safe. There is a really nice back patio and we definitely took advantage of that. The pull out bed was surprisingly comfortable - normally those are terrible but this one was nice. There were a few treats in the kitchen which was a nice little touch. The main bedroom is spacious. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The only thing to consider is that the stairwell down into the unit (about 5 steps) is fairly steep so just something to consider depending on who you are traveling with. Otherwise very close to things. We walked two blocks to the Whole Foods to get a few things and there are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Charlotte was very responsive ahead of time!

Really nice flat! Perfect location for a few days visiting Washington DC! Flat clean and comfortable, with all the amenities. Easy indépendant and flexible check-in/check-out. I recommend!

What a wonderful apt.! I was on a business trip and this apt. was the perfect place. Beautifully and simply decorated with all the amenities. Plus ….it is very quiet, which I truly value! The location is great. Near buses and the metro, great restaurants, Whole Foods, etc. Super convenient. I will definitely stay there again!
