Amazing apartment with the wow factor. We arrived via the metro after coming across on the Eurostar. The instructions for locating the apartment and getting in were spot on with photos to show you where to go. The street outside is full of life, with restaurants, cafes, a large Auchan supermarket and most importantly, a patisserie across the road which does great croissants, all within 50m of the metro entrance which is so convenient to get into central Paris. The apartment has been furnished to a very high standard and is simply gorgeous. Everything seems new and all in working order. The layout has been cleverly thought out, with a large bathroom including powerful shower and double basin, leading to a living/dining area and the bedrooms. There are also two balconies for people watching! Double glazing and automatic shutters help to keep out the street sounds and give you a sense of security. All in all, a lovely place and somewhere we would return again.

Nadim's place was great and exactly as described. Apartment was big, nicely decorated and super clean :) Nadim was always responsive and provided all the instructions. He was also very flexible with check out time which is a big advantage when you have kids and are a big group. Parking next door was a great add on. Only thing I didn't like was the location, it was bit far than I thought from touristic attractions in Paris. But this is not Nadim's fault :) Overall a great place to stay and I can highly recommend to everyone. Many thanks Nadim once again !

We enjoyed our stay very much... sparkling clean, nice, and tastefully decorated apartment, conveniently located stores and restaurants, and the metro next door. Even though we rented a car, we ended up using the metro for sightseeing considering heavy traffic and parking complexities during rush hours (not atypical for Paris). The host was keen to ensure that we have a pleasant stay. Merci beaucoup!

Everything was perfect and well thought out. Check-in was a breeze with clear instructions, as was check-out. The accommodations are clean and modern with nice touches. The Metro station (Line 7) is a few steps in front of the apartment and the access to Paris was incredibly easy. We were so happy that we found this place and would stay there again!!

Uživali smo kod Nadima, sve odgovara opisu. Stan je čist i uredan, na dobroj lokaciji, odlično povezanoj sa centrom grada i svim interesantnim i važnim lokacijama. Ulazak u metro je bukvalno ispred ulaznih vrata, a do centra Pariza ima samo 15 minuta vožnje metroom. Kada se budemo vraćali u Pariz rado bismo ponovo došli u ovaj smeštaj :) Preporuka!
