Sleeping 12 guests across six bedrooms, it’s the perfect choice for socialising as a group, whether you are planning a whole host of family adventures or special celebrations with the ones you love. There’s ample space for three hounds to join in the fun too, and they’ll waste no time bagging the best spot on the rug whilst you relax in the spacious lounge. The shared gardens are a treat with their hidden corners and ample space to play, plus you’ll have the benefit of your private garden. Prepare to unwind with your favourite hot drink, stepping through the impressive entrance hall to find a delightful Lakeland home laid out in a quirky reverse-level style. The lounge/diner is upstairs and features vaulted ceilings and timber beams, creating a welcoming ambience for snuggling up on the sofas for film nights. The views of the gardens are superb from here and, when it is time to eat, the dining table is up a few steps. There’s a simply presented but excellently equipped kitchen fitted with everything you need for a feast, plus there is lots of space for your resident cooks to work shoulder-to-shoulder. The bedrooms offer a choice of sleeping arrangements on both the ground floor and upstairs. The largest bedroom on the first floor boasts an en-suite shower room, and the downstairs bedrooms share a shower room and a fabulous bathroom with separate shower. One of the bedrooms is a handy bunk bedroom perfect for the youngest guests. The property also has games room with a pool table and table football. Outside, the shared gardens include secret copses, leafy shrubbery and an unfenced stream that trickles past. Ample parking is available.
