What a beautiful stay we had in Valencia, and a lot attributed to this apartment. Well taken care of, clean and bright. Great location to restaurants and market. They accommodated a travel crib which was a life saver for nap times. Cooked several meals there, had all the cooking tools needed. Only thing I would say is wish they had some basics like cooking oil, salt/ pepper and such. A must!

we arrived earlier than expected and Francisco arranged his assistant to let us in which was great. the apartment, on the 1st floor, is in a great location minutes from restaurants and shops in a charming street. Inside was perfectly clean and smartly designed. we were three colleagues travelling so used the 3 bedrooms, and the two handy bathrooms. beds were comfy and bedrooms quiet facing a central courtyard off the main street. showers were hot and powerful, aircon and heating worked great. we used the kitchen and dishwasher but didn't cook as we were out eating tapas each evening! nice big tv if you have time. one little thing to note, no toiletries provided in bathroom but a shop is about 50 yards away for everything you need. towels were provided. my bedroom had an easy to use safe which was handy. keys to come and go were easy to use. all in all a great stay, good value for money, in good location with a great host. we'd definitely book here again. L'esperienza nella casa di Francisco è stata stupenda! Spazi ben arredati funzionali e pulitissimi. La posizione è ottima e le camere all'interno sono silenziose, nonostante la casa sia in pienissimo centro e comoda a tutti i monumenti più belli di Valencia. La cucina è funzionale e ben attrezzata anche se noi abbiamo usufruito prevalentemente dei numerosi ristoranti in zona. Abbiamo apprezzato anche il fatto che non ci fossero barriere architettoniche per raggiungere l'appartamento quindi molto comodo. Abbiamo apprezzato anche le parti comuni che conducono all'appartamento. Francisco si è sempre mostrato attento alle nostre esigenze. Super consigliato.
