Every touch is personal and thought out from the hand-made queen bed to the fully stocked kitchen, a dedicated work space, and even a loft with room for extra sleeping! Enjoy the fenced in yard equipped with a fire pit. Walk to an amazing playground & Sky zone trampoline park. Scooter or drive to 9th Street and all its shopping and restaurants in minutes! A short drive to downtown Durham, this lovely home meets all your needs! To enter home there are 3 steps. Living room- Sofa and two chairs, 60" smart TV Kitchen-Fully stocked, all new appliances. Bedroom- Custome queen bed with storage. Workspace Bathroom- Full bathroom with shower. Stackable washer and dryer. Loft space- with twin bed and workspace. Please note you take 11 steps up built-in ladder to access the loft area. *YMCA Access: We have worked it out with the YMCA that our guests can use their facilities for free for up to 7 consecutive days. Enjoy multiple pools, gyms, tennis courts, racquetball courts, etc. You can use the YMCA’s in Raleigh, Chapel Hill and Durham.

This was the cutest place, accurate pictures and descriptions. I really enjoyed my two night stay and appreciate that the house was so clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Easy check in and check out. Slept so well on the comfy bed. The loft was sweet. Will be back.
Staying at the tiny house was such a delight. It was open and airy feeling with lots of natural sunlight. Beautifully decorated and well thought out design. I would highly recommend this house!
Looks exactly like the photos. Very clean. The home has soundproofing or noise cancellation which keeps any outside noise outside. The host was helpful with restaurant recommendations and allowing last minute visitors to stop by for a couple of hours. You need to use a ladder to get to the upstairs. It seems steep but was easy to get up and down. Also, the couch is very comfortable.
Absolutely wonderful ! The tiny house was perfect for a quick getaway for me and the wife. Everything was perfectly thought out and designed. The loft was the highlight for us but overall if I could rate it higher we would. Clean , spacious, private, and comfortable.
Second time staying here. I found peace rest during my stay. I look forward to com in f back.

Also located close to Walltown park and Recreation Center with a great playground for kids. Minutes from all Downtown has to offer. Easy access to all major highways, I-85, I-40 and 147.
