Cat was such a great host. She was immediately responsive with inquiries I made prior to booking which made me feel great about booking plans. She was flexible with check-in knowing our plans. Her spot was great and allowed for us to have a comfortable stay during New Year’s Eve! I highly recommend booking with Cat. You will not be let down!

The Elmwood Village is the trendiest neighborhood in Buffalo, with shops, restaurants, coffee shops and more within a short walking distance to our charming Victorian. The Albreight Knox Art Gallery, Delaware and Bidwell Parks, Farmers Market, History Museum and Buffalo State College are all in short walking distance as well.
Food and sights in walking distance. Niagara Falls is a twenty minute drive. There are busses a block away and bikes available.
