Very remote, with minimal to no shell service/internet. This can be a great thing. Our concern was in emergency situation only. There are no blankets and we were told that is an AMENITY not offered? This was a huge negative for us, as it was cool. The ping pong table is falling apart and old, as well as the dart board, so much so we couldn’t play. Even if you have your own darts the board is molded and falling apart. The home is beautiful and clean. Pans in the kitchen are old. The kitchen is well Equipped. There is an additional living area upstairs as well as a kitchen option. The bed upstairs, in the room off of gaming are is very uncomfortable and squeaks when you turn. The other bedroom, the smaller one the bed is much more comfortable. There is a TV upstairs as well as an air hockey table, which is nice. Overall, it was good. I would recommend a new bed upstairs and additional blankets and pillows. Even hotels carry additional blankets and pillows or just bring your own.

Beautiful home, beautiful views and tons of activities within the home. From air hockey to mini gulf to ping pong. Lots of books, movies and toys for all ages. Beautifully furnished and decorated. PEACEFUL! The cabin has 3 bedrooms, with the main suite downstairs. The upstairs has a full size kitchen as well! 2 homes in one! You get to pick between a gas grill, a charcoal grill or a smoker. The gas fireplace was the cherry on top! We absolutely loved it! Great host. Outside activities- Gem mining, Whitewater Rafting and Pigeon Forge (TN). We will be back!

This is a beautiful home with lots of wood features in the mountains. The occasion for the stay was a 10 year anniversary of founding a technology company so I was looking for a quiet cabin with some activities to spend time with my teenage son without having to go anywhere. My son and I grilled a few times, played some air hockey and cornhole, watched movies, and enjoyed the views. He had a great time and wanted to stay longer. The home was easy to find via GPS (as a backup, whenever we travel to rural areas we always take screen shots of the destination at different levels of zoom in case they are needed). The pictures are accurate but the home was actually bigger than we had expected. We had no issues with the entry code and it was very clean. The host was very responsive. The wifi was fast enough for a vacation. It was a privilege to stay at a home where many memories had been made over the years.

Great and beautiful place for a family to stay! WiFi wasn’t so good but it kept kids off of electronics and put them to play and enjoy the cabin with all of its indoor games and outdoor games too. View was amazing. Overall it was fun, relaxing and such a great stay! Cabin had it all!

Wow, what a lovely place! There were plenty of things to do for all ages. I even had my two 2 year old twins and they enjoyed themselves. I agree with another review, if you are using g00gle maps do not turn down the Quilt Dr. road. Instead, go further down and turn on Lakeview. The driveway was a little rough but it worked for our truck and SUV. So glad we found this place though. We are looking forward to booking again!
