Jemma is an amazing, kind, and thoughtful host. The space was immaculately clean and tidy. The property is gorgeous, and the farm animals are wonderful to visit. If I ever came back to this area I would only stay here. I have felt nothing but welcomed by Jemma and her family and felt right at home! Very cozy living area with great amenities, coffee, tea and was welcomed with some eggs from her farm. Would recommend this to anyone staying in the area, you will not be disappointed!

Jemma is an incredibly inspiring human. Living out her dream of being a place of sanctuary for a rescued animals. Very friendly hosts. Location was awesome! Surrounded by Rosewood State Park on a dirt road. Friendly family hosts. They even left us fresh eggs from their chickens and other kind breakfast provisions. In the cold Wood, the house was really warm and cozy. The beds were so comfortable. we would definitely come back in winter of the other seasons. There’s a lake and kayaks so would be excited to check those out too and so close to howe caverns and Cooperstown lots to do.

Such a wonderful, peaceful place. Very cozy, clean apartment. The fresh eggs from the farm were the best we have ever had. Jemma was so thoughtful and kind. Look forward to returning in the summer.

Absolutely one of the best vacations we have had as a family. Jemma and her family were so welcoming to their home. My children still talk about what a great time they had. There was so much to do every day. Fishing, feeding the farm animals, and riding atv’s to name a few. Although we were there for my son to play baseball at Cooperstown we found ourselves spending all our extra time at the farm. Thanks again Jemma for your hospitality. May God continue to bless you and your family. Tell Stuart we will see him soon.

Jemma and her family were simply wonderful. She does an amazing job with everything on the property! The Carriage House was beautiful inside and out in every way. Very comfortable. The property is very, very well kept and really beautiful. The animals on the property were also really cool!! We fed the horses and goats and Stuart the emu was super freaking awesome!! I was pretty nervous at first but soon realized it was all for naught. There is a pond to fish and canoe or paddle boat! And know i already said Jemma was awesome but really, she is super nice and very friendly, and accommodating. And her son is really sweet too. He played with my younger son like a brother. My Only regret was we didn’t get to hang out with everyone by the fire pit! I would say more but i’m running out of room! I don’t often leave reviews but for Arran Fell it was well worth my time and i highly recommend it to all.
