Beachside Colony is the only Beachside Resort on Tybee Island. We have so much to offer for your vacation. - 2 pools (one heated ) - Easy Beach Access - Balcony is a must have! - Onsite Bar/Restaurant! - 1300+ Sq Ft, 3BR/2BA - Fully stocked Kitchen - Kids Corner with fun games/books/activities - ASK: Monthly off season rates Tybee Turtle Time Condo has a GREAT Social Media presence that will help you see more about the condo & local things to see & do. (I love to try out dining options) This beachfront condo has 3 Bedrooms & 2 full baths and sleeps up to 8 people with a sofa bed in the Living Room. Many people have just used the condo as a couple, so even if you don't need all of the rooms, you can enjoy this beachside location. I do my BEST to accommodate you if you need to check in late or early.... so if there is no one there on the same day, I'd be glad to let you check in early, and I don't charge for that! The heated pool in the early Spring Season is THE BEST! You'll use the elevator to easily access the condo. When you first walk down the hall, there is a bedroom on each side (one with a queen bed & TV, the other has two Twin Beds and a TV). Also on the left, is a full bathroom for these two rooms. Continue down the hallway, & the room opens into the stocked kitchen and open Living Room and Dining area. The living room has plenty of room to relax, and even has a book/game/puzzle nook for the kids. The Master Bedroom and ensuite bath is located off the main living area and a balcony connects these two spaces, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The two pools are a great retreat after spending the day at the beach, and one is heated in the off season. Chairs/showers/bathrooms/water fountains are available, and you can also step inside the restaurant/bar for a quick bite, or a leisurely drink. My favorite there is the 9 oz Boat Grouper with lemon sauce. YUM. Across the street is a great park & large playground the kids too. The locals play PICKLEBALL on temporary nets on the tennis court when there are no YMCA activities there. We are located MID BEACH on Tybee Island. This means that our condo is right in the MIDDLE of the island, so you can walk south to the pier or walk north to the Lighthouse. Our stretch of beach is nice and wide so that you're not so crowded like the folks at the Pier. There is an easy ramp to take you over the dunes if you need to roll anything into the beach, including beach carts and wheelchairs. (My condo has handicap parking & elevator access ) My Social Media for TYBEE TURTLE TIME CONDO is full of restaurant reviews and behind the scenes for this condo. I bought it at the end of 2023 and painted the condo a soothing light ocean blue (instead of bright coral and yellow). I love sitting on the balcony with my morning coffee and evening glass of OTHER BEVERAGES! We are just steps from the beach... and the beach is accessible via wheelchair from Center Street. I can send you a video if needed of what to expect. (Beach Wheelchairs are available near the pier with a reservation) Things to do: The Deck Restaurant and Bar, on-site Tybee Island Memorial Park (Across street, great playground!) 0.1 miles American Legion (check their FB page for bingo, cookouts, karoke, etc) Tybee Island Marine Science Center Tybee Island Light Station and Museum Tybee Island Pier & Pavilion (approx. 1 mile beach walk) Sea Kayak Georgia North Island Surf and Kayak Aqua Dog Kayak Company Tybee Beach Ecology Trips East Coast Paddleboarding Fat Tire Bikes Tybee Surf Lessons Ft Pulaski, 4 miles (Also a fantastic walking path at the entrance) The Tybee Post Theater offers live music almost every weekend Captain Derek’s Dolphin Adventures Tybee Shark Teeth Tours Tybee Arts Association YMCA (across street, Tennis Courts) Tybee Island Library (across street) Tybee Salt Spa Oatland Island (off island) Brown's Reel 'Em N Deep Sea Fishing Rip Tide Bait & Tackle on the Tybee Pier (need a license to fish) Tybee Island Charters OFF SEASON RATES AVAILABLE! I don’t even know where to start. I reached out to Leslie with questions about her listing for our wedding. My mother in law is in a wheelchair chair due to a stroke and we needed to make sure she would be comfortable. Leslie went above and beyond. Sending videos and photos. Tons of communication of reassurance. She even brought a handicap shower chair for her to use. We had the absolute most amazing micro wedding!! We were married right out behind the condo on the center street pier access!! We were able to obtain a beach wheelchair for my mother in law from the parking authority (thank you Leslie for the information on that). The house is fully stocked with everything you need. Leslie even gave food recommendations that were top notch. I can not say thank you enough for all that you did for us Leslie! This was truly a dream come true.
Leslie’s place was wonderful and the location was perfect. The restaurant on site was very good and it’s right on the beach. Would definitely recommend staying there.
Leslie was communicative and helpful every step of the way from reservation to check out. The condo is clean and in a great spot. The beach and pools were lovely and not crowded!
Communication was great. Condo had everything we needed and more.

Parking is located under the building designated as GULL REEF. You will be given TWO parking passes. The parking deck has a vehicle height limit of 7’, but there is some parking that is outside of the parking deck (but this may be limited).
If additional parking is needed, on-street and public parking on Tybee is metered daily from 8 am to 8 pm. Download the TYBEE PARKING app (PARK TYB) to make this process easier. Hourly Parking is $4/hour and Annual Parking passes are available. Standard coin meters are $2/hour.
The entire island is easily travelled by car, bike or golf cart. There are different taxi services on the island if you want to leave your car at the condo. The island is only 4 miles long... it is really easy to get around.

I grew up in the Savannah area riding in the back seat window to head to Tybee Island to have some fun. My mom taught me to get a tan with Baby Oil and Iodine (don't do that please!) and I learned to be a "water baby". We'd ski on the Ogeechee River and play in the sand at Tybee on the weekends. I want to bring this SALT WATER LIFE to my guests, by showing them the area that I love so much.
