Castle Ashby village is a hidden gem in the Northamptonshire countryside. St Mary's Magdalene Church at Castle Ashby has services every other Sunday and it dates back to the 14th and 15th century. Trains from London St Pancras go direct to Welingborough train station (15 mins away by taxi) and the train takes 47 mins or Bedford train station (26 mins away by taxi) and the train takes 35 mins. London Euston to Northampton train station (15 mins away by taxi) takes 52 mins. There are bus services from Yardley Hastings (neighbouring village) to and from Northampton and Bedford.
