Had a nice and comfortable stay at Pratiks place. The room was very well maintained with all the required amenities. The location is very well connected with most of the south Goa beaches nearby. Would definitely visit again given the opportunity

We had an incredible stay at Prathik’s Airbnb in Goa, which was exactly as described in the listing. The location couldn’t be more perfect, being very close to the beaches, allowing for spontaneous beach trips and serene evening walks. Prathik was an exceptional host; his recommendations for local cuisine and attractions were spot-on, enhancing our experience in Goa. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We’re already looking forward to our next visit and would love to stay at Prathik’s place again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Goa!

Pratik’s place was nice. He was responsive and shared good recommendations. The beach was a 6 min drive from there. The apartment had all required amenities for a comfortable stay. Would recommend this place to others and be back for sure.
