Booked last minute after a sailing trip when we were tired and didn’t feel like traveling for a few days. They were so great about the last minute booking and accommodating our arrival. The place was extremely clean, had a great showers with hot water and cold AC. Very comfortable beds and couches. Steps from the beach and resort amenities. The manager of the place gave us great recs for food and stuff to do and was so friendly! Rent the golf cart- it was so fun driving around and exploring! Would definitely go back there in a heartbeat. Sad to say goodbye to Belize for now.

Had a wonderful stay at Janines place in Hopkins. The photos and descriptions were all very accurate with everything you could possibly need. The accommodation was absolutely fantastic and immaculate. I would highly recommend anyone to stay there and they definitely won’t be disappointed. Janines communication was great and should you have any other queries then Nancy is always there to help you.

Great space in a great location ... Two large bedrooms and bathrooms with comfortable beds, linens and towels. New kitchen and appliances. Private porch with view of the gulf. Several good restaurants within walking distance and more a short drive or bike ride away. Easy access to the resort across the street. Janine was very responsive to all messages. Would happily stay there again.
