Finding this place at the last minute was a life saver for us, and considering we needed accommodations right before the big eclipse, we found the pricing to be very fair and not exploitive of the major event that was about to happen. We are very grateful for that. What made everything better was that my brother had stayed here previously, and he gave glowing review of Pondside Place and of the host as well. Suffice to say, the place and the surrounding area did not disappoint. The locale is quiet and peaceful and was just what we needed to be able to visit with my brother - who now owns a place in the vicinity - without imposing on his limited housing space. We will definitely look for availability at this place again the next time we visit. Thank you Bradley.

Super peaceful and beautiful area. The lake is the best part. It’s gorgeous and we spent a lot of time driving around it. My family of 3 stayed a month while house shopping. Not having a kitchen was a struggle but we made due. There is an outside grill however a burn ban was in effect although we did use it once. The bed was incredibly hard and not comfortable longer than a night or weekend but Bradley did a great job creating the little cabin retreat. Also, It was fun meeting the other guests and their dogs! I recommend for a weekend getaway. Bradley

place was nice, quiet, and very clean. The host was extremely helpful and understanding. I give this place a 10 out of 10. Definitely will be going back!
