Un apartamento muy tranquilo, seguro, relajante y lo mejor muy cómodo donde puedes estar tranquilo de que puedes cocinar o bien descansar.
The place was real nice- pool, plants, trees all around the property. Everything was clean inside and the AC was great. Can walk to Ocotal or Coco beach in like 20-25 minutes. Al was real cool, was there on time and let me know of places to eat on the area. I accidentally pocket dialed him later, he called back immediately to see if something was needed. Would go back for sure, thanks.
This Airbnb was exactly as advertised. The pictures of the place are exactly what you get. The Kitchen is very well stocked. Lots of pots and pans, dishes etc.. There was even coffee, sugar and condiments to get started. All the appliances worked well. The queen size bed is very comfortable. There is a lot of storage space. We enjoyed our meals at the bistro table on the balcony listening to all the birds singing. The grounds are kept clean and the pools are very nice to cool off in after a day at the beach or excursion. It is well situated near two beaches and the town of Coco that has many restaurants and grocery stores. Tammy &Al were very helpful and could be reached easily and communicated with us if there were events happening in town. I would definitely recommend Tammy & Al’s place as an affordable and comfortable well situated condo unit to rent.
It would’ve been nice to have more Kitchen utensils as in a flipper to flip eggs just basic pieces as well as pans for the oven. There was an oven. We bought something like french fries and still couldn’t cook them because there was nothing to put them on so just more kitchen basics would’ve been nice as well as nicer quality towels, and sheets. The sheets were not in nice shape.  A mop would’ve been very nice as well
La limpieza y el orden del studio es impecable, nos sentimos muy a gusto, es seguro, y la ubicación es súper estratégica…nos sentimos muy a gusto, y volveremos cuantas veces sean necesarias.
