We appreciated all the fun things to do at Sullivan’s Place! We held our graduation party here for our son and it was perfect! The additional outdoor basketball game was awesome! The weather was so nice they all wanted to be outside!

My family had a great time here, felt right at home! The kids had a lot of fun playing the games Ian provides, roasting s’mores, and enjoying the open space to play outside. Being a wife of a veteran we loved that this property was patriotic! Our first night there we decided we would be back every year!

We stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely loved it. Our kids had so much fun playing darts, air hockey, foosball, walking the property, petting the neighbors’ cat, watching the chickens. The beds and linens are excellent. Layout of the place is neat, plenty of bathrooms. Very clean, newly renovated. Ian was super helpful and responsive. The kids enjoyed the old and rickety tree fort in the woods. The place has a really nice vibe - full of tributes to music and family. We enjoyed listening to music through the nice Bluetooth speakers. Highly recommend!
